How mail-in service works


Prepare your discs. You may ship with or without cases. For 5 or fewer, we recommend with cases for protection.

Use USPS Media Mail. Usually under $5 for a padded box with 5 discs in cases.

Include a note. Name, email, mobile number, quantity, and list of titles.

Money-Back Guarantee

If a disc can’t be restored to smooth playback, you won’t be charged for that disc (shipping to us is customer-paid). The $19.99 minimum is a package fee and is non-refundable once work begins. Example: If you send 50 discs and 10 don’t work, you’d be refunded for those 10 beyond the minimum.

Will resurfacing always fix skipping?
It fixes the most common cause—surface scratches. Damage in the label/data layer or cracked/warped discs cannot be fixed.
Is this safe for Blu-ray and modern game discs?
Yes. Controlled, wet process on professional equipment. Blu-ray/Wii U are more finicky; we’ll try, and we keep the no-fix, no-fee promise per disc.
Do you handle GameCube mini-discs?
Yes. They’re $3.99 each due to the special attachment and extra time.
What’s the cheapest way to ship to you?
USPS Media Mail. A padded box with ~5 discs in cases is typically under $5.
Do I pay return shipping?
No. Return shipping is FREE (tracked USPS), baked into pricing.
What if some discs are unrepairable?
We’ll resurface and return the playable ones under the same minimum. The $19.99 minimum covers up to 5 discs and is non-refundable once work begins.

Resurfacing removes surface scratches; it cannot fix cracks, top-layer (label) damage, or discs with delamination. Customers are responsible for shipping discs to us. We are not liable for items damaged in transit—please pack carefully and use a trackable service. Please pay prior to shipment.
